By way of a "Continuous Improvement Team", Marine & Civil strive for efficiency without compromise to our clients.

Marine & Civil has developed and implemented an Integrated Management System (IMS) that details how Marine & Civil conduct the key business processes that are required to manage our business in a safe, effective and environmentally responsible way.

The IMS consists of Policies and procedures that are aimed at maintaining our focus on continuous improvement and our commitment to being an industry leader.  The Policies and procedures cover our key business processes, including all stages of project management and key support processes.

The IMS meets the requirements of:

·         AS/NZS 4801 Occupational Health and Safety Management

·         AS/NZS 14001 Environmental Management Systems

·         ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems

 

A regular and ongoing review process is in place to ensure the IMS stays relevant and is continually improved to support our growing business while continuing to meet the needs of our clients.
