Damian Ryan - Managing Director
Damian was appointed as Marine & Civil's Operations Manager in 2007. His appointment was part of a strategic plan to oversee the current and projected growth of the business. As part of the 2011 restructure his role was elevated to Managing Director.
John Neylon - Director (Chairman)
John was instrumental in the establishment of Marine & Civil in 1992 to specialise in piling and marine related civil engineering projects.
Ric Buratto - Director
Ric is the Executive General Manager, Construction for Thiess Pty Ltd. Ric joined Marine & Civil as an Executive Director in 2011.
Mark Lynch - Director
Mark is the Executive General Manager, Strategy & Development for Thiess Pty Ltd.
